ESSAY – Compare Two Restaurants

          A meal is something that represents not only food but also it is a time to rest and enjoy what ever you are going to eat. For these occasion people have restaurants that mix delicious dishes in a beautiful place. In Lima there are 2 famous restaurants. One is “La Gloria” and the other is “La Mar”, both of them are very different from each other.

          “La Gloria” is a restaurant that has a combination between typical dishes of Peru and a huge elegant space. The dishes offered are very delicious. Many people choose this restaurant because it offers not only good food but also has a wine cellar that match with the entire entering menu. What makes it special from other restaurants is the raising of their own lambs that they offer in the menu as well as the spices that are also used to prepare the dishes. “La Gloria Restaurant” is very influential in Lima because many of their dishes have been copy to other restaurants.

          Another well-known restaurant is “Astrid & Gastón”. This one is different to the other one because they always reinvent the menu with many kind of dishes every week. The offered dishes are prepared with species and ingredients that had not been used before. Also they have a very beautiful space. It is not as exclusive as the other one but it has more options of unique and exotic dishes. The owners of “Astrid & Gastón Restaurant” see their establishment as a laboratory in which they can invent different plates with ancestral techniques.

          In Lima and in the entire world people have many alternatives to eat different dishes in many kind of restaurants. We can try any of them until find one that really make us feel more that good. To conclude, always there will be a restaurant that fits with your expectations.
